Apiwell Returns & Refunds Policy

At Apiwell, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following policy to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
A. In-Store Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns of eligible items purchased directly or indirectly from Apiwell within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided that you have the original receipt and the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. After the 30-day period, products may only be exchanged for the same item or an equivalent substitute of equal value, at Apiwell’s sole discretion.
Please note that cross-store or cross-border returns are not permitted. Items purchased from one location must be returned to the same location where the purchase was made.
B. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or subject to a product recall:
- Any products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase
- Perishable goods, including foods, supplements, or other consumables
- Personal care, health, or hygiene items, such as skincare, haircare, or sanitary products
- Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
- Gift cards, vouchers, or prepaid cards
- Printed materials (e.g., books, pamphlets, magazines)
- Seasonal and festive merchandise, including limited-edition items and holiday-themed products
- Alcohol, tobacco, or restricted items
We appreciate your understanding that these restrictions are in place for health and safety reasons.
C. Defective or Damaged Products
If you believe your product is defective, damaged, or does not meet quality expectations, please notify our staff within seven (7) days of purchase. You will be asked to provide:
- The original sales receipt; and
- The product in its original packaging for inspection.
Our team will assess the issue, and if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- A replacement of the same product;
- An exchange for a product of equal value; or
- A refund issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper storage or handling will not be considered product defects.
D. Product Warranty
Some Apiwell products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. For items that include warranty coverage, please refer to the product’s packaging or documentation for warranty terms, duration, and contact information for repairs or replacements. Apiwell does not provide repair or spare-part services and is not responsible for warranty claims beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
E. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days of approval. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that Apiwell does not issue cash refunds for debit or credit transactions.
All refunds will be processed in compliance with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws, which may include certain limitations or rights for customers.
F. Reservation of Rights
Apiwell reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds if:
- The product does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy;
- The receipt cannot be verified;
- There is evidence of product misuse or tampering; or
- We suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the return policy.
Apiwell also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be reflected by an updated effective date posted on this page or displayed in-store.
